Gorgonzola Dulce with Ohgave! Nectar

Serve this along with a whole wheat baguette for an earthy yet divine hors d’oeuvres. The pungent, rich and slightly tart flavor of gorgonzola drizzled with the golden sweetness of Ohgave! nectar is a match made in heaven. And when combined with fresh salad greens and crusty bread, it yields a complex texture and flavor that defies my best description.
Serves four
Slice of Gorgonzola cheese (ripe and sweet) laid out on salad greens
2 to 3 dried apricots sliced in half
A few walnut halves or pieces (or filbert nuts are a good substitute)
A few drizzles of Ohgave! nectar
